Jane tried her kitchen in teal and granite in the AI Showroom first, then settled on white Shaker with a navy island — and that is the design drawn up in 2020 Design. Same room, same angle, so every pro quoting the work sees exactly what she’s after.

Jane’s design has been produced as a full 360° walk-through — the same kitchen shown on every page of this proposal, turned into an immersive view she can open in any browser or on her phone. Look up at the pendants, down at the floor, all the way around the island. It’s the closest thing to standing in the finished kitchen before the first cabinet is hung.

Seven stages take Jane’s kitchen from this proposal to a finished room. Each stage ends with one sign-off, so nothing is ordered, built or paid for without her approval. Dates are approximate and are confirmed with each partner as quotes come in; construction is planned to start Monday, March 1, 2027.
