    Measurements

    This is the foundation of the 360. Measure at counter height (36" / 91 cm), corner to corner, with a steel tape. Don't round. Label walls A, B, C… clockwise from the doorway you enter through.

    Use one unit for everything on this form.

    Windows & doors

    Measure outside of trim to outside of trim. Distance is from the nearest corner on the labelled wall to the near edge of the trim.

    Obstructions

    Anything that interrupts a wall, floor or ceiling: soffits, beams, columns, chimney chase, radiators, vents, stairs, sloped or angled walls.

    Sketch & photos

    A hand-drawn plan with your labels on it, one straight-on photo of each wall, corner shots for depth, and close-ups of plumbing, outlets and the hood.

          What's staying

          Kept items get rendered exactly, so we'll need their measurements and a photo.

          Plumbing, gas & electrical

          Where things are today, and whether you're open to moving them. Relocating plumbing or gas is possible but adds cost, so the designer needs to know before laying out the room.

          Appliances

          Every appliance in the 360 is modelled to size. A model number is best; otherwise width × height × depth. Mark what you're keeping.

          Cabinetry

          The designer builds in the real manufacturer catalog so the item list and pricing are accurate — the closer you can get here, the fewer revisions later.

                    What you'll receive

                    Every 360 Design includes a walk-through panorama, floor plan, elevations and 3D renders. Choose where the panorama should stand and who signs off.
